"Why does the interview keep stopping every so often?"
If you have left the commentary option turned on, the programme will stop at any point in the interview where there is a related commentary. This gives you the opportunity to listen and read the commentary and then return to the interview. If you want to listen and read the interview without interruption, turn off the commentary by clicking the 'off' button at the top left of the screen (it has a red cross next to the button).
"Some of the items in the resources drop-down menu are Adobe documents (pdf), but I don't have this programme. What should I do?"
